- Greg and Mary Margaret Byron were married on 3 January 2008. The following week they drove north along the Mozambiquan coastline to Lilongwe, Malawi, which served as their home for the next seven months. While in Lilongwe they worked with Ministry of Hope (an orphan care program), African Bible College and The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine's Malawi Project (a well established program in Malawi who's primary focus is HIV research and improving the country's public healthcare system).
